I am going to trial for assaulting a police officer on january 16th.

I get to go to a super-event of sorts come the 22nd of april. the playbill is: Devendra Banhart, CoCoRosie, Antony And The Johnsons and William Basinski. kind of downer-ish but its gonna be epic. Its at some centre for the performing arts in seattle. i cant wait to see the crowd.

it was my friend mark's birthday, i drank some beer on the bus and showed up at the Blarney Stone in gastown. It was pretty wild, caitlin was baiting all the boyz. Alot of the people were on X-Tacy which was cute but also unsettling. cause drugged up friends are weird company. My boy dan was straight though, he's a real neat guy.

Three of us sat around a pair of ipod headphones listening to biggie smalls while one and a half of us were furiously chugging peach raspberry Vex, in some weird tree filled alley tonight. Then there was this drunk kid who stumbled by propped up by his also drunk probly-girlfriend. he was about 16, i watched him kick in fences like it was going out of style. he even punched one in, anyways there was alot of broken fences. after he figured he was done he says; "YYYEEEEA-UHHH" super loud like Lil Jon.

i have a vincent gallo style ironic moustache. just to spice it up a bit, ummm fuck im really brutal at writing.
an overcast day or two ago i went down to the beach and sat on a stone pinic table right at the waterfront. it was 9:00 something in the morning and 16 degrees outside. it was also the windiest day i can remember so there was tonnes and tonnes of waves toppling over each other. so i was listening to this album on my ipod by keith fullerton whitman called playthroughs, watching the seagulls.
it was so so windy that the seagulls were just standing in the air, not moving. they just let the wind keep them there, i wondered how that felt. some of them were only a few feet away from me. apparently the waves were easy hunting grounds for fishies and things because the gulls just dropped in causally and picked them from the water. the part that was so beautiful was how they moved without moving ther bodies. i looked into the air and their were about a dozen or so ripping around in all different directions, standing still. they just arrived at different parts of the sky instantaneuously. it was like they were just being arranged.
there was one though, it was a badass seagull because it was just fucking tearing shit up all over the place. like top-gun seagull or something. he looked like he was having so much fun. anyways i stayed for over a half hour. i was really excited about it all, but hey, ive been listening to lots of folk muisc these days so you know how that goes.

My Evening:
I got drunk off of some glasses filled with whiskey and played teenage mutant ninja turtles on super nintendo while listening to avant garde bebop jazz with my friend dan.
After dan left i made and then ate a batch of brownies and did pushups till i threw up in my mouth.
I just made an Ipod playlist of doom metal and im gonna see how long i can stay awake while listening to it. i must go to work tomorrow at 8:00am.
